Prices

Payment

Payment is taken securely at the time your order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Phoenix Publications Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs authorities.

Returns

If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is returned unused and in its original condition. Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
