Roz Adams
Roz Adams is a Pluralistic Therapist, Community Worker and Artist. She has extensive experience of working in the field of sexualised violence, community engagement and taking a human rights approach to poverty.
In 2024 Roz brought and won the first Employment Tribunal case in Scotland which recognised organisation level discrimination against her sex realist beliefs.
She is a certified trainer and facilitator in Nonviolent Communication who has spent many years working across divides and supporting people to stay curious and see each other’s humanity.
Having never set out to be a campaigner, she balances her on-going defence of single-sex spaces with time outdoors with family and friends and most recently as a ceramic artist.
